Delivery Methodology
We begin with defining your requirements. We spend time discussing the project thoroughly unearthing specifics such as the purpose of the system, back-end systems currently functioning, integration details, budget and ROI, and customization involved.
In addition to any building or area blueprints that you can provide us, Aesthetix performs a site survey documenting area dimensions, construction specifics, access to the site during business hours, existing lighting, room acoustics, and determines ceiling and drop ceiling construction. All output locations and source requirements are also recorded.
A proposal is then drafted. The proposal contains the scope of work; a complete equipment list (key input/output devices, interfaces, cabling, wall plates, lecterns, control systems); and a comprehensive system design diagram. We then review the proposal with you - to ensure that all requirements are met and make changes as needed. We draw up a plan that identifies the project manager, project team members, and timelines based on the scope of the project.
Post deployment of your solution, Aesthetix trains your resources on how to use the system. An AMC is signed off.
